サンタ エレナの三つ星ホテル

「　ホテルは噂どおりのもので快適な3日間を過ごしました。 驚いたのは、ホテル内にあるレストラン！　①「焼き鳥」のメニューに、豚や牛肉が入っている　②「焼き鳥」メニューから①以外の「焼き鳥」を頼みました。どうやら、電子レンジでチンしただけのものが出されました。お皿事チンをした様子？ お皿を手にして火傷しました。「お皿が熱いです」というような注意はありませんでした。　 レストラン以外は満点以上のホテル。駐車場も近いに完備されており安心して駐車しました。」

「フローレス島のほぼ真ん中、島中どこへも歩いて行ける。島の外縁が広範囲に水没しており、レイクサイドから一本入った立地のお陰で難を逃れているが、レイクサイドのレストランへ行く際は経路に注意が必要である。窓の扉が薄く天井ファンの音も比較的大きいため神経質な方は耳栓を、また乾期でも蚊が居たので蚊取り線香を、それぞれ用意されると良いだろう。日中詰めている女性スタッフはみな若く明るくきびきびして英語も解するが、夜間早朝の男性スタッフには英語が通じにくい。」

「Staff is so friendly, helpful. Food is allowed in swimming pool area...huge plus. Rooms are average but decent. Great air conditioning. Restaurant has great prices. Would stay again」

「Casa Ramona is ideally located near the water front and we loved the roof terrace. The air conditioning in our room was great, especially as it was 42°C when we were in Flores. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast, as we had early starts during our visit. We ordered a packed breakfast, which cost Q40 extra per breakfast, which we didn't really enjoy. We found the times that food was available a bit frustrating as we couldn't have lunch one day. Staff were really friendly. Our bed was not very...

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

「This is a hidden gem in Flores. If you want enjoy Flores but are worried about the noise - there are plenty of loud bars and dogs there - this is the perfect spot. It is a private island with one hotel consisting of four rooms, each its own cabin. The five minute boat ride to and from town is provided free by Gustavo anytime you ask. Your deck is 10 feet off the shore line. I am going back!」

「Stayed for one night. Front desk was so helpful when it came to setting up transportation to the airport. Breakfast was delicious!」

「I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...
