The staff was amazing! Very welcoming and catered to every need. Room was very clean and the free breakfast was phenomenal. I wish I had more time to stay longer. Highly recommend you stay here while in Flores.

A relaxing spot.

Staff were lovely and there was such a good and relaxing vibe. Everything designed beautifully. I'd definitely come back here if I returned to Flores.

The professional and courteous they displayed towards all. Breakfast was included with my stay and it was top quality and delicious. They also offered lunch and dinner, which I had and it was top quality and delicious. They also recommended other establishments to have lunch or dinner if asked. My bed was to my liking, nice, sturdy and comfortable.

Simple and affordable

This hotel offers a simple accommodation at affordable prices. Bed was quite comfy, however, the overall appearance of the room could be a bit more thoughtful. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive if staying for a few days, it could do with a choice of fruits and some more options.

Casa Ramona is ideally located near the water front and we loved the roof terrace. The air conditioning in our room was great, especially as it was 42°C when we were in Flores. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast, as we had early starts during our visit. We ordered a packed breakfast, which cost Q40 extra per breakfast, which we didn't really enjoy. We found the times that food was available a bit frustrating as we couldn't have lunch one day. Staff were really friendly. Our bed was not very comfortable but the room was spotlessly clean.

Nice enough place and great breakfast, but not the best value for money compared to other hotels, which were on the edge of the lake with a balcony, for the same price. At Casa Ramona, our room showed a balcony on the photos of the room, however our room did not have a balcony and I think there is only one room which has a balcony.

The place was nice. The beds were really hard to sleep on for the price paid. Our group had a hard time sleeping on the beds. The cost to stay here was higher than expected.

Tive uma otima experiência durante o periodo que me hospedei na Casa Ramona O atendimento foi muito bom e me deram o suporte em todas as questões que precisei, como fechar passeios, lugares para ir, sacar dinheiro, shuttles A limpeza do quarto e outras dependências merecem destaque, pois estavam em ótimas condições A localização é excelente, muito próxima de onde os carros deixam ai chegar em Flores, vindo do aeroporto e do local de onde saem os passeios e shuttles. O café da manhã é delicioso, com diferentes opções e boa quantidade.

Hotel bueno

Hotel cómodo y limpio, pero la ducha tenía poco caudal. Buen desayuno. Sin embargo, al salir por la mañana, lo recepcionista casi me ataca cuando me quejé de un malentendido con el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, lo cual contradecía todo el buen servicio que recibí durante mi estancia. El recepcionista no estaba preparado. Pagué la mitad del precio de un taxi en la calle.

Bien placé

Bien placer pour rejoindre les bus (200 m par un petit passage) qui vont à Tikal et au Bélize (les bus sont à l’entrée de l’île et partent souvent à 6h). Si départ tôt, l’hôtel propose un petit encas à emporter (si petit dej compris). Notre chambre était à côté de la clim… donc bruyante…

Le personnel était aux petits soins, souriant, relaxe, s’enquérant à plusieurs reprises si j’ai besoin de quelque chose. On s’y sent bien, l’aise, ce qui était appréciable après plusieurs jours dans des hôtels plus ordinaires ailleurs au pays. Le service de restaurant est excellent.
