"We loved the onsens on the balcony, however there isnt much for food around the property and you have to prepay for the food at the property which we did not know. Overall its an amazing property and I will stay there next time I am there for work."

"We booked a non smoking room but it found it to have a stale odour. They changed us to another room which wasn’t as bad but still had the odour. Room itself was very good with the traditional rock hard pillow but when you ask for non smoking you expect to get it. "

For the breakfast , dont get there at the stop time as everything is put away. Very few selections and all things that were supposed to be hot were cold. Very low rating for breakfast."
