「I gave the staff a 1 only because I was waiting for the elevator. When it arrived, a staff member was in it with a large bin of dirty laundry. She was on her phone. She saw I was waiting and she continued texting on her phone for at least 30 seconds not getting out of the elevator and blocking it from anyone getting in. Another staff member that was in the hall with me said something to her and she just made a nasty comment. I found that very rude. I wasn’t in a hurry but I also don’t appreciate...

「Our room was near a different door than the main door. There were three steps to get in the building and there was not a railing. Very unsafe.」

Workout room is a treadmill, eliptical, and workout bike but is better than nothing. Also has a washer and dryer for guest use. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. We stayed here for 4th of July weekend and will keep this in mind for the future. 」
