"I booked on the day of arriving (weekday) within a hour I had all the information needed for entry. Rooms were clean. BBQ grill, cooking utensils, kayaks, rowboat and bicycles are there to enjoy. Property is on a private road so there is very little traffic and noise was non-existent. The lady on property was so sweet and made my stay that much more enjoyable. If you enjoy being outside, you will see deer, they are everywhere and will walk up to you. Nature at its finest, so pleasant. Sign on...

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. "Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful."
