"Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well."

"This B&B is perfectly located and well run. The site Mgr is wonderful and serves an amazing daily breakfast. The room we had was spacious, quiet, and beautifully furnished. It is a very short walk to the center of Boothbay Harbor shopping and eating. My wife's favorite shop was only 5 doors away from the Blue Heron's front door. If we ever return to the Boothbay area we will definitely stay at the Blue Heron again."

"We had a king room at the end of the pier with a great view. We ended up staying an extra night, so we had to move rooms. I preferred the less expensive one still on the pier. It had more room and a nice view. The location of the hotel was walking distance to the cute down town and harbor cruses. The staff was accommodating and friendly."
