「The amenities are great especially the heated pool. Cleaning crew were excellent and texted for our needs. Beach access and amenities are excellent. The staff at the desk need a little bit more personality in welcoming. They checked us in without telling us that the room was not ready and never texted that it was. Parking is very scarce.」

Breakfast offered many options. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that the pool can be cleaner. Would stay again in the future. 」

「The property was located in an excellent area of Cape May, near plenty of restaurants and directly across the street from the beach. The room was comfortable. Only hitch was the mess left poolside following a very hot day. We went into the pool area to swim near dinner time, when most people had left, and there were glasses, cans and dishes everywhere. Perhaps too early in the season? But a nice place to stay 」

My experience was overall elevated because of the front desk staff who treated everyone like family and genuinely cared for us with respect.
