「This hotel was a gem of a find! Wouldn't hesitate to go back. I had to call a few days before check in with some accessibility issues and the lady who answered the phone was wonderful, very kind and understanding!」

「The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend」

「We had a sea view en suit room - but unfortunately, was not aware that we would have 6 flights of stairs to climb !! Very hard work in your 70’s and recovering from chest infection !! No help offered to carry bags when checking in either from the young man on duty . No A/C just a small fan which made no difference in the extreme heat - especially as you could only open the window a tiny bit due to health and safety rules .
