「The hotel was great but the food in the restaurant was not. We ate there last time but this time it was over priced and almost awful. Will not eat there again. Potatoes are to be PEELED when served as mashed potatoes. The rest of the meal was just barely worth $10.」

「95ドルの部屋でもまあまあ良かったですが、115ドルの部屋は広くて港が一望できて大変良かったです。4月の終わりでしたが、シーズンオフのせいか、朝はフロントになかなか連絡が取れなかったので、必要なことは夜のうちに連絡するのが良いと思います。シーズンオフは帰る時はただ出て行くことになります。カードキーは昼の11時に自動的に使えなくなるとのことで、どうでもいいみたいです。」

「I was travelling with my elderly father and the staff was so incredibly helpful. The location is perfect. Our room looked into the water and Bluenose II.」

「This will be a pretty Inn once construction is done. They are building another building next to the main house. However my room was not in the main house , it was in a structure next to the main house( there will be a total of three when done) They do not allow you to sit on the front porch with your own beverages- you have to buy from them (there is nowhere else to sit outside). The breakfast which was included was very nice. 」

「One of the reasons we booked was because it was pet friendly. The room was super clean and very nicely decorated. We had no trouble checking in ans we were able to park right in front of the room. We would definitely book there again !」

「Great location with a very quaint atmosphere. Only 5 rooms in the Inn, above the restaurant which closed at 9pm to accommodate guests in the rooms above. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The room should hav air conditioning installed. We were there in May before it was too warm outside and still found the room too warm, even with a ceiling fan. Bathroom could use an exhaust fan. 」

「Loved this place!!! So inviting and our hosts were the best. A true gem of a place to stay. Lynn was so helpful in setting up our wine tour and pointing us in the right direction to sights on our way back to Halifax. I would stay here again!!! A Bed and Breakfast that they got right!!!」

「Typical family run inn with all the usual expectations, like very noisy A/C. Some run down items. Overall it was ok, it served the purpose. Not as clean as one hopes. Note that there is no breakfast (at least in September), but there is a coffee machine in the room and in the office. No cable TV.」

「The breakfast choices included a delicious variety of fresh fruit bowls, yogurt (homemade?), fantastic homemade banana bread, juices, caraffe of coffee or teapot, cooked to order eggs, bacon and toast. Everything was delicious and service was excellent. The room was clean, charming and bed /mattress was very comfortable. We had a great sleep. We had a lovely two night stay and will definitely return in the future. A real gem in a lovely town.」

「空港からバスを乗り継ぎ１時間弱。オーナーが教えてくれたバス停で降りました。そこからはけっこうな坂道。数分と書いてましたが、キャリーケースにリュックを背負ってた私には地獄の坂道でした、、 オーナーは良い人ですが、予約した後のメールでお風呂は共用と聞かされました。2部屋しかないので、あまり問題ないかもしれませんが、プライベートバスだと思ってたので残念でした。 さらに朝食も期待してましたが、スーパーで買ったパンを焼くか、ヨーグルト、シリアルなど簡素な朝食。これなら値段をもっと下げるべきだと思います。 部屋は清潔で眺めも良く快適だっただけに、色々残念でした。ダウンタウンからも離れてるので不便です。」

「Chris and Joanna are the owners of the property. They are really nice people. The location of the inn is right by the water. You can see the boats from your room. It’s so quiet. It’s relaxing to walk on the property. The building is kind of old but in good condition. 」
