Location is amazing. Right on the beach with a great sunset view and the rising tides. We had a great stay. Maybe an idea for future upgrades would be semi private decks with chairs and a small table to catch the ocean views!
its situted on a nice piece of property overlooking the water
plenty of bird's species and experiencing the water receding etc.
very peacefull
totally enjoyed it with my family
well worth it and highly recommended
Amazing gem of a place! Adorable decor, incredible views, perfect amenities! We loved the ability to walk down to the beach when the tide was out and walk on the “ocean floor”. View of the sunset was amazing! Would absolutely recommend and stay again if we return to Nova Scotia. This place is a must stay!!!!!
No staff on site and terrible cell service so make sure you have your code to get in or you’ll need to call someone to get it like I did. The staff person was helpful. Bed was comfy but you could hear all your neighbours, (they were loud)
Bathroom is teeny tiny but first world problems. Lol
View was 10/10! And the Reno’s they’ve done are very nice! Boho chic
What an amazing little motel right on the Bay of Fundy! Any closer and you would be in the water ! It is absolutely charming and unique . The rooms are set up with everything you need including a kitchenette in the room we stayed in . Bathroom was newly remodeled . Bed, bedding and towels were awesome . The property next door had a stairwell down to the bay so when the tide went out we could walk on the ocean floor . It is the perfect location to check out the vineyards . Great restaurant called Longfellows very close by and we loved Benjamin Bridge winery ! You can’t go wrong with this unique and very special property !
The room was very clean and bright. The kitchen amenities were a lovely addition.
I didn't like that we could not control the temperature in our room, it was too hot.
Also, it would have been nice to know that you could not pull right up to the door, we had to transport our luggage around the building.
I think a handrail would be a nice feature to add to the steps getting into the room, especially considering how large a step up it is

Beautiful location and steps away from the ocean. Property is situated on very low tide beach, that is very messy. There are supposed to be two outdoor faucets for you to wash your feet before going into room. Both were not on/working, which made it very hard to keep sand out of room. Scheduled power outage both nights we were there, which made it especially uncomfortably hot with summer heat (not the motel's fault, but nothing done to try to make in least bit better). Would possibly stay there again.
Very scenic on shores of bay of Fundy with unimpeded summer sunsets.
Easy access and lots of parking.
The whole property is very clean and well maintained.
We sat outside in the evening at on site community fire pit. Firewood supplied on site. Helpful staff.
Close to Wolfville for dining and craft brews.
Really close to Grand Pre Acadian Historical site.
For more active individuals, there is great hiking at nearby Cape Split where a nursing seagull colony can be witnessed (see attached photos). There is also a well maintained multi purpose trail near the accommodation that traverses the Grand Pre historical site.
Would definitely stay there again.
The Breeze Motel completely exceeded our expectations. Calling it a motel doesn't do it justice. It feels much more like a charming boutique inn, with beautiful décor, exceptional attention to detail, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable.
Every aspect of the property reflected the owners' care and hospitality. The room was spotless, inviting, and filled with personal touches that made it feel warm and welcoming rather than simply a place to spend the night.
The waterfront location is absolutely spectacular. Waking up to views of the Bay of Fundy and being able to stroll along the shoreline was a highlight of our trip. It also served as the perfect home base for exploring Wolfville, Grand Pré, and the many attractions along the Bay.
If you're looking for a place that combines boutique-style accommodations, genuine hospitality, and an unforgettable waterfront setting, The Breeze Motel is an outstanding choice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Room was decently clean. They offered no additional bedding for young children or babies. The views and our location made the place worth it, however the lack of physical staff were noticed when things like the foot cleaning station had no running water. The shampoo and soaps were all watered down as well. We could also hear the people next to us. The views and location were great but we probably would not stay there again.
