「This hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. Friendly kitchen staff as well. Also the food at the bar...

「ホテルのおばさんの愛想のなさはこれまで経験したことがないほどでした。ネットの接続がうまくゆかなくて、尋ねたがつっけんどんの返事。おまけに玄関のドアのカギは調子が悪く、一度夜に外から帰ってきて開かず、携帯電話も持っていなかったので連絡もできず、シャットアウトされてしまった。寒い風の吹く中を。ホテルは交通量の多い道路沿いのためやかましく、立て付けが悪いため隙間風がヒューヒュー唸っている。深夜に、目の前のパブで酔っぱらった連中がケンカ乱闘騒ぎを起こし、警察と救急が来る始末。」

「The hotel was perfectly acceptable, although the bathrooms could do with a little updating. The hotel is a little remote for access to major sights, but as the island is small and the bus service is so reliable and cheap, this was easily remedied. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and the food and overall service were exceptional. We would definitely stay again. 」

A very comfortable small hotel (now designated a guest house), warm and friendly and with a lovely homely feel. Very well run by a hard working lovely lady, Celeste.」

「Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.」

「Felt very much a home from home. Michael and Leigh were lovely and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and Michael gave several recommendations on things to do. Sark is a beautiful place to relax and to step out of a busy world for a while.」
