「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「First time visiting Roatan and I could not have been happier with the hotel selection. They provide you with everything you need. Any questions or things you need they help out with. Someone was always at the desk and welcoming. They also assisted a lot with making arrangements for activities and outings. Beach access was super easy and a quick walk, pool access even easier. Daily breakfast included was always great. If I were to come back to Roatan this is a hotel I would try and book a room...

「The property grounds are beautiful and the staff is so nice. The restaurant on the property is AMAZING as well. We truly enjoyed our week and look forward to returning again soon.」
