「エリアとしては、駅前の繁華街から少し離れていて、周囲が夜は暗い印象だったので、女性一人で旅をする場合は少し怖いかな、と感じました。 施設自体はきれいで、非常に快適で、朝食も満足でした。駐車場は、基本的には路上駐車なので、車上荒らしが怖い場合は近くの有料駐車場に停める必要があります。 施設の立地が、坂の上なので、スーツケースは基本おすすめできません。」

「It's very close to the Central Station of La Spezia. You can get to the port through the main street in about thirty minutes on foot. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. You need to tell the owner the check-in time by the previous day. I forgot to tell the owner, so the gate was closed when I arrived. However, when I called the owner, he took care of it immediately and I was able to check in safely. 「The room was clean and comfortable. Daniel gave us a warm welcome and shared great tips for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The location is just outside the center, but very convenient with a bus stopping right in front, taking you quickly to the city center and train station.」

「Host and Hostess were excellent and their rooms are very nice. It is a 25 minute walk to the Cinque Terre train. The breakfast options are good and you can get fresh eggs made right there. Outdoor spaces on the property are limited and not too cozy so expect to spend more time in your room while on the property. Overall a great place to stay. 」
