「The Potter suite that I was staying in had the most beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. My comfortable room was being cleaned every day. I can also recommend the bathtub in which I took very relaxing baths. The staff is friendly and accommodated to all of our needs and were overall just very helpful. 「A beautiful B & B run by Karen in a tiny hamlet near Keswick. The room was delightful with comfortable bed and furnishings that matched the age and style of the building perfectly. Lovely view from the window over Karen's wonderful garden with, at the time I stayed, a hen with 8 tiny chicks. Parking was easy and the breakfasts filling and delicious. A wonderful stay in the Lake District.」

「The room is rather small- the pictures are misleading. The check-in process was a complete disaster. When we arrived at the facility, around 3 pm, there was nobody at the facility to help us with the check-in. We rang the bell and there was no response. We were foreign tourists and we didn't have phone connection to call at a UK number. Ultimately, a friend had to do a long distance call to reach the owners and help us get into the hotel.
