「We loved the hotel so much! The bar and restaurant provided nice food and very friendly service. The staff at the reception is kind, welcoming. All people there make us happy. One thing, the double bed in room 17 is squeaky. The mattress is good! Bathroom is very clean! Thank you very much, we’ll come again definitely.」

「The Potter suite that I was staying in had the most beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. My comfortable room was being cleaned every day. I can also recommend the bathtub in which I took very relaxing baths. The staff is friendly and accommodated to all of our needs and were overall just very helpful.
