"This is a lovely hotel. It is walkable to shopping and dining but not a short walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very good (surprisingly good!) which was a nice option after long days of touring. Access to the subway was within a few blocks which was nice to get around the city. The room was a bit cramped with minimal amenities in the room, but it was clean and nicely decorated with a modern design. "

"we loved this property! It was the perfect location. Right in the middle of Dontonbori, most things we wanted to do and see were so close. Being right in the middle of Dontonbori you would expect noise but it was very quite.The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price I was very surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was pretty spacious compare the other rooms we stayed in while in japan. we are for sure staying here again for our next visit to osaka!"

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"Location is perfect! I was traveling with my toddler, so conveniency is a must. The room is small compared to what I am used to, however with daily organization it works out. If you’re to do laundry, there’s only 2 machines — it gets busy. My suggestion would to do laundry in the early morning before the daily activities. "

"If you're okay with a basic hotel then this is a great stay. Nothing special at all here compared to other hotels outside of the donuts in the afternoon evenings. Very simple western breakfast available. Staff are friendly and rooms are decent sized although like most hotels in Japan bathroom is small. I found it a pleasant stay. "

"Great location to Dotonbori. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient baggage storage area. Did not like how small the room was. Bathroom was tiny with no where to put your toiletries. Room itself (a triple) was tight. It looks larger in the pictures. Overall, nice hotel but would prefer a bigger room. "
