「Nice hotel & location. 」

「Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody...

「What a great hotel, the people are great and the amenities, i would definately go back loved it. We had a street view low level 2 bed app, it was great would have liked a roof top one but none were available. 」

「This is our third year visiting Lanzarote and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Poolside apartments, everything you need in the apartment and lots of great food and drink options nearby! 」

「The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.」

「Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few...

「Hemos pasado una semana allí con 2 bebés, la atención por parte de todos los trabajadores ha sido muy buena (a destacar la gran amabilidad por parte de Coto en el comedor), la única pega es un poco más de variedad en la comida. 」

「Relatively quiet, felt isolated in spite of the number of guests. Service attentive to requests. Great burger at the snack bar by the pool. Amount of cutlery and plates just enough for 2-3 people. Small coffee cups, we ended up buying mugs at a local store.」

「Arrived at apartments to a friendly welcome from the young female on reception and it continued with every other staff member especially the ladies who clean the apartments. Apartment cleaned almost everyday during our stay with yet another set of fresh towels (3rd set during our week's stay), the day before we left, a first for us in a self catering apartment. Will definitely return in future. :)」
