"Staff was super friendly helped us find a personal driver for our trip and were able to do an early check-in at 5 AM which we appreciated. The staff was all super professional and helpful. Not to mention the view in this place is amazing. I would recommend staying here the only downside was it not having an ice machine, which is understandable. Overall would recommend staying here !"

"The hotel itself is beautiful. But the telephones in the rooms did not work the air condition was not working in some of the rooms. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I was traveling with my three children and my parents and my grandma and I called before to ask for our rooms to be closer and not too far to the elevator due to my grandmother‘s wheelchair. When we got there, they got a little confused and my grandma was put in a room that it was not wheelchair accessible.. that was very kind and helped us move eventually. But when we move to a different rooms, the phones and the heater was not working. The rooms should really have a fridge and a coffee maker it was inconvenient not to have either one. Also, some of the towels like they have been in these use for the past 10 years."
