「This hotel room was a bit run down. A staff at breakfast location was rude to a few people including me after wrong order given the room service ladies were fighting right outside my room in the morning I had to complain. Pros: hotel was near by universal studios and other great places and not to far from airport which was a plus.」

「We stay here often since we have family in the area. It is always a great experience and very reasonably priced.」

「good clean」

「The hotel itself is in a convenient location. The staff was nice and the lobby smelled really good. However, the rooms were pretty run down. And also, they say they have transportation to the parks. But it isn’t like the other hotels in the area that come and go all the time. They have a few drop off and pick up times and that’s it. They also only do room service every other day so since we only stayed two nights we never had service.」

「The rooms were disgustingly wet like from the humidity and broken pipes, everything that we brought into the room was soaked by the time we left. Laundry is a challenge, still running on quarters (24 of them to wash and dry). There was no change machine, you had to stand in line at the front desk to get the quarters. Bad experience overall.」
