「Beautiful place! Good place for vacation with kids , we enjoyed 4 days of stay at Mandara tree villa with our toddlers very quiet place and fantastic view , surrounded by Himalayas mountain range.」

「Loved Udechee, right in front of snowy Dhauladhar ranges with best view in town, they upgraded our room with early check in as well. very warm and polite their service is excellent they take care of guests with utmost priority. I can visit this place again and again. talking about food they have good quality food with simple north Indian options.」

「Dinner buffet is really good. February temperature in the room with central heat was good. Hot water - plenty with central heating. Rooms are cosy and clean. Lobby, hallways not heated in the winter (story of the whole region), so you are stuck between room and restaurant. Upstairs is a nice bar on the roof top with pool table. Very quite in hotel. 「Had a very pleasant 3 day stay at the Regenta Resort. Very nice property and very hospitable staff. Would recommend this hotel for a short break in Dharamsala. Since the hotel has no lifts and is located on several levels, it may not be suitable for elderly guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs.」

However, there are three points that I must highlight: 1) There is a fitness center just beside the hotel and, when people train there and lift weights, you get the feeling that someone is demolishing a building because the people in the fitness studio don't put the weights back slowly as it should be during a training, they simply let them fall down!
