ダック島の三つ星ホテル

「We stayed in a Garden Room at this resort for five days. The morning sunlight and garden were both beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Since we had arranged airport transfer, the staff should have known our arrival time, but even after the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, we had to wait for about an hour. On the first day, we reported that the safe was broken, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it. There were also a couple of days when the room wasn’t...

「Great place to surf! 」

「The location is spot on, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good. We also asked for a duvet, but never received one during our six-night stay. If the Wi-Fi had been better, the only thing really missing would’ve been somewhere to put your luggage. And there was no full body mirror. I assume this place is still improving, so I’m convinced these things will get fixed. But when you’re staying for several nights, the small weaknesses become much more noticeable. We also had some issues when renting a...

「This place was amazing very quiet but just absolutely lovely the staff was lovely the amenities were lovely. I really enjoyed my stay here it was quiet and peaceful and have a wonderful vibe.」

「Will definitely come back」

The hotel I stayed at in Salgao was absolutely amazing. The room is simple, but with this garden, it's just a little over 5,000 yen (about 2,000 pesos) The staff were also very kind, so I felt like recommending it.」

「Most beautiful, modern, well maintained stay I've had in the Philippines. A tropical paradise, crystal blue pool, big plants, gorgeous design. Will stay again next trip to Siargao.」

「立地がよく、スタッフもとても親切な対応をしてくださいました。」

「The Property was Convenience and Quiet Staff was Great Beautiful Garden surrounding the property.」

「Was open plan with a spectacular view, rooms were spacious. The breakfast provide by the team were amazing provided with a fruit platter. Communication was superb, were able to organise transport to and from general luna and cloud 9. From airport 500 peso per person per trip 」

「Loved my stay at Happiness Beach Resort. They were nice enough to change my room when my room had water piping issues. The staff always answered my messages and call when I had issues in the room. 」

「The place was nice and located away from the main area, making it perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful stay. However, the bell provided to call the staff wasn’t working. Some doors also couldn’t be locked—in our room, the upstairs door leading to the terrace wouldn’t lock. This should be fixed for guests’ safety and security.」

「Breakfast, helpful staff when booking rides going to Perry. However bathroom plumbing needs improvement. Sewer smells too bad in the bathroom & shower water flow has no pressure. Key card to unlock the doors are not available at time. 」

「3/5 Stars — Great location and essentials, but needs maintenance Pros: Excellent Location: The position of the resort on the beach is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay Working Conveniences: The air conditioning worked well, and having consistent hot water was a major plus. Cons: Poor Shower & Bathroom Issues: The shower itself was very disappointing. Most of the nozzles on the shower head were blocked or broken, leaving only a few nozzles actually working, which made for a...
