"It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility "
"I enjoyed everything about it especially the staff, they were nothing but nice and attentive. I think this place made me fall in love with Sairgao, it was away from all the tourist spots and the scooter rental was done on site! I miss it already. Shot out to Aya (and the front desk Gentleman)! Their kindness and service was amazing! "

"I was accommodated in the interior part of the homestay where there’s a kitchen that I think it doesn’t used it anymore. I would always pass by a lot of big basins and empty Gallons scattered and an empty mineral water bottles which accordingly, the owner doesn’t want to disposed it. There’s a dog tied up in front of my door. I charge my phone outside of my room, coz the outlet doesn’t work. There’s a lot of mosquitoes inside my room. But the things that I really don’t like with the said...
"Beautiful gardens. Friendly staff . Villa was designed with good taste - nice bed/ large bathroom . Bamboo flooring.
Resort was quiet and we were able to sleep well at night. "
"The hotel is off the main road and a 5-10 minute walk to the the main street with restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. Hotel room is simple, nice and clean. Hotel staff is accomodating, always have a smile, are welcoming and happy :) Booked for 1 night and ended up extending for the length of my time in Siargao. Overall loved the hotel!"

"The hotel was nice, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. The flight sucks it’s not the hotel fault it’s Expedia, the airport they send us is in Surigao another island so we have to ride a boat for 2hrs to get to siargao and another to go back to Manila and we got no help from Expedia and the airline, not going to book again thru Expedia they suck."

"We wanted a restful, quiet place to re-charge and we found the perfect place! Only 4 of 16 units were occupied and we saw the other vacationers only once! Even our gracious host and resort owner confirmed it himself - 'Pretend like you own the place' - he said! The lush gardens, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the spacious eating area/restaurant, and even the sunrise and sunset - they all seemed at our exclusive beck and call! Thank you to the owners and the staff at Retreat Siargao Resort for making our first trip to Siargao truly memorable. We will be back and take more friends along with us when we do!"

"What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . "It was a wonderful place to stay the amenities were great the food was pretty good The service was typical Filipino or as a restaurant go they could do a little improvements on that. But it was really a great place to stay Mike the owner is very nice I talked to him for a while and everything that was great. We stayed in room 213 which is the best room there It has a balcony that overlooks the ocean the pool restaurant and beautiful sunrise and sunset"
