「The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would」

「Location was good. Rooms were roomy and neat. Staff was good and anything you needed they were glad to assist you.」

「Was open plan with a spectacular view, rooms were spacious. The breakfast provide by the team were amazing provided with a fruit platter. Communication was superb, were able to organise transport to and from general luna and cloud 9. From airport 500 peso per person per trip 」

「We stayed in a Garden Room at this resort for five days. The morning sunlight and garden were both beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Since we had arranged airport transfer, the staff should have known our arrival time, but even after the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, we had to wait for about an hour. On the first day, we reported that the safe was broken, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it. There were also a couple of days when the room wasn’t...

「Location is excellent, much closer to the center than it looks in MAPs. Our room had ocean view (second floor), and it was a short walk to Tourism Road, so best of both worlds. It’s not a “resort” even though they call it that, but it was clean, the room was large, and great location.」
