「What a lovely hotel. Sea views, great location. Well equipt rooms, great shower, plenty of space. 」

「It's right in front of the bus stop, easy to access from Penrith station. Very clean and cosy room, friendly and kind staff. I had a dinner at the restaurant, very good. Needless to say, the English full breakfast was fantastic. 」

「Only came in contact with one member of staff at the desk, she was very polite and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Shower pressure could be better but it's still usable. In a nice location, very quiet at night.」

「Excellent hotel, nothing to complain about. Stayed here to go to scafell pike which was around 25 minutes drive away. Also a beach around 10 minutes drive away. Hotel has a large car park, great outdoor space to sit as well. Only down side was we went to pool room and it was locked, got the staff to open it and got change for the table from the bar. Just as we were going to start playing noticed one cue was broken in half and the other the tip was missing. Dart board not in the best condition....

「If you stay here, just know that it’s an older space, but it’s also beautiful. They have a great area to gather and games to play. The property has a proper garden area with lots of places to sit. We would absolutely go back.」

「Set in a beautiful village this accomodation stands out withbits exterior decor. Parking is a short walk away and not onsite but this isnt gar and not a problem. We were greeted by a wonderful ladybwhonwas full of smiles, verybfriendly and appeared tonreally enjoy her job. She showed us to our room and left us to unpack. The room was big enougb fornthe 2 of us and had a good sized ensuite shower room. The rooms facilities were excellent. Smart tv, wifif and smart heating as well as a kettle...

「Great hotel if cycling C2C, as they serve breakfast from 4am. Cycles allowed in rooms too. Very clean, although my bathroom was very small and fitted with a movement light, which meant it going dark whilst in the shower」
