「Service rooms and casino amazing!」

「When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available...

「Staff was excellent, check in was smooth, helped with many things when I approached them at the front desk. Housekeeping was awesome, not intrusive, came by to drop off things we needed. The Legends staff was excellent as well. Overall enjoyed our room and stay here for tournament weekend.」

「Arrowwood is always a clean, comfortable place to stay, and close to a number of things to do. Minor issues were the whirlpool was not working well, and the poolside bar was out of a number of items, as was the chophouse restaurant. Seems someone dropped the ball with supply ordering and maintenance」

「The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...
