「The house was perfectly located in the town. Beautiful decor, lovely and warm, would highly recommend to anyone wanted to enjoy the Lakes.」

「The lodge itself is lovely, it’s spacious and has so much potential but Cleanliness was a let down for us. We arrived 30 minutes after the allotted check-in time to a property that hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on the floor, beds not made and the floor was filthy. They arrived 10 minutes after us to clean the property which was done in about half hour, if that - so to us it didn’t feel clean enough and left us slightly unsettled for the rest of our stay, we still spotted clumps of hair and...

「Check-in went smoothly and we did not face any issues during arrival. However, there were a few major problems during our stay. The Wi-Fi was not working at all throughout the property, which caused a lot of inconvenience. In addition, none of the heaters in the upstairs rooms were functioning properly. Because of this, the rooms became extremely cold during the night, making it very uncomfortable for us and disturbing our sleep. We would appreciate it if these issues could be looked into...
