「Absolutely terrible experience the property has very steep steps and is located on second floor I traveled with my 11 months old daughter and my wife was pregnant so it was almost impossible without a lift for us to go outside we planned and saved for this holiday 2 years ago but they ruined everything for us and they property and hotels.com refused to reimburse my payment because of their mistake we had to suffer a huge loss」

「Lovely property close to shops and restaurants in Bowness. Windermere also close but longer walking distance than Bowness. The parking at the back is definitely not for low car, even my standard A180 Merc has struggled a bit. Keep persisting with the shower, it takes a little to “learn” how to use it, leave the bathtub hot water running through the taps, it will eventually kick in the main shower.
