「We had an easy check in and check out. The room was large and the bed was comfortable for a home away from home. The area around the hotel had shopping and dining options conveniently.」

「This is obviously a fantastic place to stay if you are doing anything baseball related at UArk. Everything is pretty standard for this type of hotel but done at a quality level. It is clean, well maintained, good breakfast bar, nice lobby area, and the rooms are nice. Great water pressure if that matters to you.」

「Nice hotel, but walls were very thin. We had room on first floor, so we heard our neighbors. It wasn't the hotels fault the neighbors were loud, but we could hear a lot during the night! 」

「It was new, clean, staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be bigger trash cans since they aren’t emptied daily. 」

「I had requested a more rustic rm, but upon arriving discovered that the more modern style rms had a lovely view of the pond. They graciously switched us. The room was exceptional and the view was lovely. The breakfast options were excellent, especially considering our vegetarian diet. This place is a delight to the senses. Beautiful property and lovely sounds of water just outside. We will be returning😁」

「Pleasant stay with beautiful views! Wayne met us at the entrance, check in was quick, walked us to our room, showed us around and brought breakfast the next day. Quiet spot. Balcony was perfect. Decor was a bit dated but didn't hinder the stay on bit. We had a bump in our schedule on the previous reservation and he was so accommodating, we were able to rearrange. We will definitely be back. Great experience. 」

「There was a lack of parking, so we had to park next door at iHop. But the biggest complaint was that when getting off at our floor at the hotel (the 4th floor), there was a strong odor of weed. Our room also had a faint hint of the smell due to being on the same floor. Other than that, it was a good hotel to stay at. 」

「The hotel is fantastic, love the clean lines and cleanliness is immaculate. The breakfast got a little old but we were there 10 days and we did always have great coffee and a choice of food We think improvement can be made in the front desk staff, only one man on the weekend made anyone feel welcome. The girls are efficient and meet guest needs but always staring at the computer they need customer relation training! The maintenance and maid service is super and friendly. 」

「Everything was great but the loud banging that came 1-2 times every hour day and night. Might have been pipes, not sure.」

「Staff was helpful and very friendly. I took my dogs with me and was not made aware of the fee of $75, but that was on booking not the hotel. I also did not get the room I requested because they had been overbooked by the booking agency. Once again, not the hotels fault. The hotel was clean and the room I got was clean and nice and fit what we needed. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Easy access to the back door for my puppies! 」
