「Un lugar muy bonito pero necesita un poco de trabajo la estructura en el techo vi q hay murciélagos también cerca de la piscina termal del centro el piso está roto sin embargo la habitación espectacular la tina de agua termales estuvo a otro nivel muy bueno 」

「The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was served with fresh fruit and juice as well other options were available. The property and rooms were immaculate, any request was attended to immediately. We extended our stay as we were so pleased. They take customer service to the next level, great job 🙌」

「This is a beautiful property close to the north entrance of Cotopaxi national park. The grounds are very nice and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was excellent and rated the best in the area. 」

「Right inside Cotopaxi National Park…. The heat in your room is wood burning stove. They will get the fire going for you. I think the electricity goes off at 10:00 pm. Volcano warning siren just outside compound. The restaurant is awesome. They have coca tea to help with altitude.」

「This place is amazing. It is very family-friendly, with lots for kids to do and explore. We stayed in the family room, which was very spacious and comfortable for us. There are many activities available and all were fun. Some of the things we enjoyed were a difficult hike, a night walk, beer and chocolate tastings, wine and cheese tastings, and candle making. The food is fantastic. The fireplaces are lit in the evening and our family loved sitting in front of the fire. 」
