"Breakfast was convenient and a good start to the day. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. Lockers for storage were big. Rooms did not have easy way to regulate heat which caused overheating at night."

"In fairness it was overnight change over for trains . 5 minutes walk from station and a late evening arrival for us so it was ok . Greeted nicely upon arrival , lift to room , room was ok , tired , bed mattress soft and pillow pods set up .. but we were tired , and slept really well .. so a decent stop over . No real downside . VFM near station … "

"The hotel is well-placed, more or less half-way between the two train stations and in a street of restaurants (mainly Indian). The staff seem to also work in the Mexican restaurant below and all seem to be pretty easy-going about checking in and out. There are about 15 rooms on three floors, en-suite and shared bathrooms. All pretty quiet while we were there."

"Clean room and convenient location. Building is a little old so the ceiling is noisy from people walking on the floor above."

"Well located. Walking distance to the old town, the lake, the stores and other attractions. No parking but free pass for bus tram and train whom are easily accessible. 25 minutes bus ride from the airport. Some rooms are very small…"

"In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner...

"This place was SO CHARMING! The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Room was perfect! Clean and eco friendly! Just a perfect Swiss chalet if a hotel! ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here if you are ever in Interlaken! 10 stars!"

"Friendly and accommodating staff, I was late booking our dinner but get accomodated, good food. Small but charming, beautiful and sustainable vegetable garden. Rooms are small so is the bathroom, XL size person may have challenges using the bathroom. I understand that these type of accomodation caters for hikers so our room have hiker's feet smell which you get used after a while. "
