"Stay was great for the price. Comfy beds. Easy and quick check in, great if you have kids. Many families stayed here, I’m sure because it’s close to amusement parks. Close to many eats, walking and short driving distances. There is no microwave in the rooms but they do have a mini fridge. Also, they do not have complimentary breakfast but there’s plenty to eat near by and a diner in the same parking lot. They do offer complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings. "My husband and I arrived early to the hotel. The front desk was kind enough to reach out to us, when the room was ready, The first morning when we were showering there was very low water pressure and no hot water. We let the desk know, they did change the shower head. The next morning still no hot water? The bath towels are small, cheap. We did let the desk know about the cold water again. I found it poor customer service, that they didn’t adjust our bill, due to the above issues. I wouldn’t...

"Quick check in, great walking distance from Disneyland, staff was very friendly and helpful! Only issues were our bathroom ceiling fan was in the shower when we arrived so we had to call to have it put back in the ceiling and the soaps in the bathroom looked used or old, got new ones after the first round of housekeeping. Overall great stay and would choose again for Disneyland trips!"
