「Please book elsewhere! This establishment was far from pictures advertised! It’s in a terrible neighborhood. My daughter and i did not feel safe! Our room had wet sheets and pillows, we contacted staff and there were no housekeeper or room attendant on site. it was an awful experience all around. Now i’m having a hard time receiving a refund although we did not stay in this property and all the fraudulent things this property has done. false advertising, terrible service and mediocre hosting.」

「The hotel is an old building but has the minimum equipment: moderate speed wifi and airconditioner, but no fridge. The check-in process was a bit messy. Because my flight arrived at about midnight, the hotel had requested me to call the sister hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, there was nobody and I could not get into the hotel. So I walked to the sister hotel and got the key around 1:30 am.」

「Located in a safe and quiet area, lots of places at walking distance for food and fun, also the staff was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here!」

「Staff was lovely, especially Jay at the front desk who helped me when I suddenly needed a room last minute. Room was beautiful and it was extra comfy for my solo trip. Pool was cute and overall a gorgeous place. Be careful of the streets outside though as some of the people walking through are questionable. The hotel itself was lovely!」

「Excelente y excelente ubicacion, el personal bien atento, tenia que irme mas temprano de la hora del desayuno y me lo hicieron to go. Sumamente agradecida con el personal de la tarde y el de la noche/mañana. Excelentes camas y almohadas.」
