「We stayed there the last day of our cruise, girls trip, there were 5 of us. The pool was awesome, we pretty much hung out there the entire time, staff was great, rooms were clean and great design also. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Thankfully I did not listen to the negative reviews, our experience was great! 」

「This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Old San Juan. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can store your bags at the front desk before/after check in/out. If you are looking for super luxury, this not for you however if you want a clean, safe property with a great staff that is convenient to everything...this is the place!」

「Great hotel. Walking distance for everything. More flexiblity fo early arrivals. They did hold our luggage for us. But eveyone had to wait until 4 to check in.」
