We love the view, the area, room was clean, the area was accesible to everything, check in and out was good and easy, comunication with host was excellent, the pool and hot tub was excellent and the best thing is that is family friendly. I will recommend and come back.

This was Our 6 Year Anniversary Celebration Vacation. And I got More than I Expected. Beautiful Room and Views. Enjoyed Sitting on The Balcony and Watching The Sun Rise and Set. That Breeze coming Off of The Water was Excellent. These Rooms are Not Plush Updated But Old World Charm Updated. And I enjoyed that better. It fit right in with a Romantic Getaway. I Felt Safe. I could Relax and Enjoy Our Vacation.

The room was spacious and we loved the view. The only thing was the ceiling fan did not work on hot days we could have used it . Other than that it was very private and you can walk or uber around . We did rent a car and payed the Hilton parking but up the street to the left it’s only $10 . We already payed the $35 per day . A suggestion to the host is maybe send out more information with the check in . We also had a code to get in the room which we never received until we notified them we were there waiting . But knowing now what we know . We would stay again .

We had a great stay at the Condado Lagoon Waterfront Escape! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions that made getting in simple. The AC worked great, which was a huge plus after spending time in the Puerto Rico heat. The washer and dryer were convenient and worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This place was breath taking the view was amazing , the ac was on point everything was just perfect. Just one thing I’ll say is that they are not a regular hotel where you can get a change of towel , beach towels or new bed covers. I did not read the details , unfortunately we had same towels for the 7 days we where there. There was sand everywhere because of course it’s an island , we managed to clean it . But other than that our stay was amazing we sleep in no noice very comfortable bed , pillows I love it . My birthday was great in Puerto Rico . 5 min away driving from old San Juan and beach

The place was stunning and comfortable! I had a bit of an issue checking-in once i arrived to Puerto Rico. Prior to my stay, the host had been communicating with me through expedia, so the day of check-in, I was expecting the instructions to get into the room to also be sent through expedia. I spent 2 hours, almost 3, trying to get a hold of the host because I couldn’t get into the room. After my partner and I kept looking through our texts and emails, I found the email containing the code for the door and they had sent it the morning of check-in. However, the email went to spam so I had not seen the notification, and Expedia had nothing new. After waiting for the host to get back to me, the door was not opening… the code was working but the door lock seemed like it didn’t have enough power to unlock itself. Then I had to wait again for the host to send me the code to get into the lockbox. Everything after that was fine, I had a great trip. I just wish the host could’ve gotten back to me sooner so I didn’t feel like I was going to have nowhere to stay during the night. The phone number they gave me was weird, I called 7 times in the span of two hours until I was able to get a hold of someone. I’ll give the host grace because they were ultimately able to help me out eventually and because I was calling “after hours”. Just be prepared for the unexpected! Room was very clean, comfy, and in a safe area.
