Staff was super kind and helpful. Hotel and room looked NOTHING like the picture. Area is sketchy at best. Door was completely unsealed with no secondary lock other than the handle lock. Room was so humid the sheets were wet. Bathroom tile was broken and cracked. The road noise was incredibly loud. Would not stay here again.

If your looking for something close to the beach this is it. The door leading to the outside of our room is unsafe. There is a billboard sign that shines into your room at night which makes it bright as day a blackout curtain would of been nice. There is a hole in the wall where a fire siren should of been. The main door only has a twist knob lock on it. A strong kick would break either door in. The pictures are better then the room

Small nice B&B in process of getting remodeled yet service was not compromised. Super nice staff, great treatment and even though I did use the pool it has a nice size.

I would only recommend this spot if you are dropping in for a day or two max. It was a very basic room. No elevator, close to the highway so the noise of the traffic was loud all night. The agent who dealt with us was very pleasant. Places to eat in walking distance. Breakfast was was basic. You could pass on the breakfast. Seems to be under staffed. Front desk agent was cleaning the room. Not always at the desk.

We stayed 1 night following our cruise and arrived at the hotel well before checking. The front desk staff were amazing and we were able to check in early. They helped us with our bags as there was no elevator and the stairs were a little dicey to go up with suitcases. Once we got to the room however things were not as they appeared on Expedia. The room had a hole in the wall with exposed pipes, the TV did not work and the bathroom door was stuck on the floor tiles and would not close properly. The room needed some repairs for sure. From my understanding the hotel is under renovation however our room was in need of some major repairs. The hotel is also right off the freeway so traffic noise was very loud. The insulation between rooms/hallway were non-existent and you could hear every little thing as other guests were moving around.

The hotel is very close 15 min drive to the airport. Very close walk to the beach. You'd have to climb stairs over a highway to go but still very close. Very clean. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit. Room has very efficient Ac. However, property is in need of maintenance with some lightswitches not working and low water pressure. Looks like there are higher quality places listed nearby on Airbnb at same price point. Would not return.

Breakfast was good. The bonus is that it is pet friendly. We had an early flight out of San Juan so it was nice to be able to stay there with our pet and avoid the San Juan commuter traffic.
