「Not the best place I’ve ever stayed but not the worst. Could definitely use some deep cleaning and a remodel. Our room had an odd and very distinct smell, and there was an envelope in the room welcoming someone by a different name than us. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for cheap for a night, but definitely not the kind of place to stay for a full on vacation.」

「Positives: Across from the Fort and within walking distance to most of the historic district. Trolley stops out front of hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. We loved St Augustine. Negatives: VERY NOISY! We checked out a day early due to the noise. The site is surrounded by bars playing loud music. This went on not only at night, but it also sounded like they were remodeling during the day, but I think this was just them cleaning up after last night and restocking in the morning. The room...

「It was clean but no towels at the pool..but my biggest complaint is after paying 185.00 for a one night stay they charge 15.00 plus tax to park your vehicle! 😳..」

「The room was extremely dirty. The towels appeared only partially clean, the curtains were stained, and the bathtub was filthy. There was hair in the bed when we arrived, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. The pool was also filled with sand and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting mostly of juice and bread items, and guests were required to eat in the breakfast area.
