I had a great experience at the hotel. I originally booked a room with one king bed, but I realized I actually needed two queen beds. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and promptly changed my room without any issues. Excellent customer service!

The room itself was clean and decent. However, a couple times when I opened the door to go outside, there was a mouse right at the door and I had to close it quick so it would not go in the room. The room was the corner room next to the stairs so sometimes I would see the mouse outside my door, other times I would see it in the stairs. The breakfast was very limited.
