One word: ROACHES. They were everywhere in our room. My son put his pizza in the microwave to save for later and when he came back to eat it, roaches were on it. There were roaches on the coffee maker in our room as well and in the bathroom they scattered at night. Hot tub not working and a cold swimming pool. Exercise room was great and so was the delicious breakfast with a nice variety of choices. Loved the hot cake machine

Good location but…

The hotel is located in a good location for both the historic part of St A and the beaches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff person who checked us in was very unpleasant and that changed my feelings about staying there-off the list!

Breakfast was disappointing, not much to choose from. Room was nice but pool entrance was outside our room window, also too close to the front desk and lots of slamming cabinet doors from staff. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We would stay there again.
