「Owner is so horrible for no reason, she needs to go learn some customer service skills, manners and basic respect. Have no clue what makes her thinks she can talk to people this way」

「Really good value for money. Very clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend.」

「The room was very tidy and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful with the local things to do and see breakfast was great everything you need to start your day, while the hotel is under going some renovations we found the staff and locals very welcoming and friendly had a great time over our 3 days and all the meals were fantastic no matter what you ordered a great cook well worth a visit even if its just for lunch or dinner.」

「Great, quiet little motel for a couple of days away from the busy city.」

「The motel has recently been renovated. Everything was so fresh and new. I loved the rain shower. Parking was out the front on the street. The only disappointment was that l had no teaspoon to stir my coffee with. This motel is a little gem of a place to stay.」

「HORRIBLE!!! Do not book!!!! Never in my life experienced such a terrible situation. Made a booking on the day I needed the stay. Arrived a 9 ish to check in and was told by the owner Sam that he did not have my booking and did not want to see my confirmation email (plus one asking about how my check in was?) and said that he only gets the information from hotels.com 24 hours after the booking is made on their website, so I could not use my booking and that he was fully booked. He told me to call...

「Good sized room, one glass wasn’t clean, no milk supplied for tea/coffee, ear pod that wasn’t ours in a draw, only curtin on bathroom no door which was letting in light though out night and mold on bathroom wall otherwise friendly and helpful staff」

「Great location, quiet and off street parking」

「Comfortable and convenient, recommended. Woolworths nearby. Secure parking.」
