"Would stay at this hotel every time I’m in Tokyo!!! Quiet place to get out of the hassle and bustle of the too busy city. The hotel is right in front of the train station that makes it convenient to get anywhere. Staff is wonderful especially the young lady that works the front desk during the days. Keep pricing as it is and wound recommend this hotel every time. "

"This Hotel is located right next Chiba Station, and is very convenient to get on any of the main train lines in Tokyo. "

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"The room was pretty gross when we arrived. Smoke stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, pee on the toilet seat. The front desk service was nonexistent as they made you use a machine. It’s fine if you’re traveling on a budget "
