「The hotel was very attractive the rooms very nice spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. Sometimes hotels really turn me off with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower,however could not find fault with my stay. Breakfast was adequate.」

「I’ll start with the 1 positive: the motel is close to downtown and the surrounding area is very walkable and newly redeveloped. We walked to a couple meals and really enjoyed them. HOWEVER… this was one of the filthiest, most dilapidated properties we’ve ever allowed ourselves to stay in. From the driveunder to the entryway to the front desk to the elevator to the hallways to the door, we became increasingly depressed that we’d be stuck here for the next 2 nights. 「Check in was suppose to be at 3pm, we arrived at 4:45 to no clean rooms. They tried to have us check into a dirty room and when I asked to just cancel the reservation (the place was notably filthy and there were several people waiting in the office because their room was also dirty) they informed us their cleaner had called out and they had 75 rooms that needed to be cleaned. They refused to cancel our reservation or refund us. Will never be using their services again.」
