「There is a convenient option for hotel stay because the hotel is prime located so you can move around easily. The rooms are specious and facilities are good, restaurant is available in the hotel which was a good option for us.」

「There was no property to start with. The Hotel in question didn’t exist as the building it was supposed to occupy was occupied by some other hotel. The guy was only available on phone (mobile) and he kept us waiting for nearly 3 hrs trying to accommodate us in some hotel. After complaining to Hotels.com, finally he managed to shunt us to a dinghy hotel in the bylanes called Hotel Kuber. We had to again arrange & pay for our own transport to that hotel. Hotel Kuber was in the filthiest bylanes...

「Worst service ever both hotels.com and goroomsgo. The hotel denied our reservation saying their lease ended. We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com」
