「The entire experience with hotels.com and the vdra was a nightmare check-in was a nightmare the system was new and they couldn’t find my reservation for hours leaving me and my family to endure the 100 degree heat conditions we check-in the next day is I’m getting ready for work 2 of the electrical outlets don’t work the kitchen sink is loose then I comeback only to be made aware that on order for the room to be cleaned there is an extra charge so there is used towels no clean ones to take...
