"There was no water in the shower and the basin."

"OK. It’s cheap and the sheets and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, which can be enough, and the staff were nice. Convenient location! But: 1 towel per guest; not even soap; facilities ran down; poor DYI paint and repairs; noisy (loud WC drop from above, tube from underneath, neighbours); plastic breakfast; no elevator; barely enough room to circle the bed; icky and patchy carpet; no decor… I’ve seen better for cheaper. Major overhaul needed. "
