Location was great, we had a quadruple room which was clean and spacious. I am not a fussy person but the matresses in this place was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, could feel every spring. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Great location to the train station and Hyde Park. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. What we didn’t like was the thin walls and our room was under the lobby so we heard all foot traffic and roller bags coming and going. We were also basement level and there was a musty smell. Perfect if you are looking for a no frills stay for a decent price.

There were shops nearby, public transport walkable. We had booked a premium twin with a window and we got the basement room with no window. We insisted on a change and were able to get a new room the next day by helpful staff
