"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "新しいオーナーさん方は一生懸命取り組まれていると感じました。 築年数から老朽化している部分は仕方がないと思いますが、泊まった部屋が浴室の上のせいか、夜遅くに入浴者がいなくなるまでそうおんに堪えねばなりません。 宿泊者の品行に寄りますが、自分が宿泊した日は残念ながら、ドアの開け閉め、廊下や階段の歩き方、廊下で話す声のトーンなど、散々な目にあいました。チェックイン時にマナー的なことを周知して下さると良いと思いました。 "
