The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy.

Large room with a little kitchen. Not too far from the railway station and the tram stop. Big supermarket near the station.

The hosts, Nana, and his wife were great. Another staff Miva, was super lovely. It's a good place for a solo traveler or couple to stay. It was convenient to walk to the train station, bus station, and many other dining places. I also had a good time talking to other guests. You get a private room though it is tiny. You can lock the door and go. I would stay again!

It's literally 15-20 mins away from everything that you'd like to see in Nagasaki (except Huis Ten Bosch, but it's a straight shot from Nagasaki Sta.)

it's hard to carry heavy items especially to our floor

Clean, convenient and efficient. It is next to a busy road so prepare for noise. The staff very helpful and there is coffee/tea available in the office. Located outside of city center but perfect for sightseeing about 30 mins to reach Takeo / Ureshino onsen

good place! a bit far from downtown, but still convenient by bus. beautiful area, nice staff.

The hotel had hot springs for the guest to use and the room was large, plenty of space to walk around which is not typical for most Japanese hotels. Room also had plenty of storage space and even had a patio looking over the waterfront. It's not a clear view of the waterfront but it's something.

Great room and convenient area. Close to the station.

Clean room

Hotel is 1.1 km walk from Nagasaki station. A bit of a walk with luggage or with children. The street in front is at times busy, and there's space to park one car temporarily in front of the property to unload/load. We stayed in room 202, in the Standard A room. In the room, I hardly heard any noise from above or below, or from the other second level rooms, though I'm unsure how occupied the hotel was. Hardly heard train or car traffic from inside the room. Having a washer was nice, but...

Cheap better for family.
