"Staff are very helpful. The room is not big but cozy, clean, equipped with all the essentials, and the location is very centred. The hotel also sells alcohol and soft drinks on the fifth floor. Would definitely come back."

"The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Even despite my rather broken Japanese, they were willing to work through it and help my wife and I through anything we needed (such as getting our room, taxi service, daily necessities, etc.) Also, there is an enourmous grocery store right next to it that is so, so much fun to explore and is also full of super helpful staff and curious townsfolk."

"Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer. Taking a cup of tea up a flight of stairs to the Mrs can be a bit of a chore for a four-score age person. "I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully.
