"This is the first time we, as foreigners, stayed in a Japanese business hotel. It was smaller than we are used to, for sure, but it was in the location we wanted and was in our price range (about $60/night). Despite being small (estimate a 8 x 7 room + small bathroom), it was comfortable and quiet. The carpet was stained, but otherwise, it seemed clean. The free breakfast was carb-heavy, but yummy, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. We would probably try to stay somewhere else if we...

"It was very nice to stay in an old, traditional Japanese house, renovated with a lot of taste. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and everyone was very kind and welcoming. Thank you for the very nice stay 😊"

"The room was very clean and the lake view was beautiful. The service attitude was very good, but English communication was difficult. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom of our room. The parking lot was very convenient downstairs. But you can walk to the shopping area. "

"古民家を素敵に改装されていて、昔ながらの和室に泊まるユニークな体験ができました。お風呂、トイレは最新&お洒落に改装されていて、とても快適です。部屋はシンプルですが、共有スペースにはポットやお茶、コーヒー等が用意されていて、部屋でほっこりできました。寝心地が良いお布団で、ぐっすり眠れました。朝食は、野菜たっぷり、お米つやつや。お味噌汁もとても美味しかったです。"

"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "
