"Had a great time at Blanco as a solo traveller and met great people, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff where nice constantly asking if we all where okay. The hostel was extremely clean."

"We had a lovely time at Ladawan. We stayed 6 nights. The beach is accross the street. You can eat and drink on the beach or at the resort. Three sisters run the place. The location is key. Walking distance to everywhere on Pakmeng Beach. Very nice"

"This hostel is amazing from the staff to the location everything is right. It's based in a bungalow resort so you get to use all the resort facilities. Decent swimming pool and the beach is a few mins walk. The staff done everything for us without effort, I only booked 2 nights here and ended up staying 9 nights. Defo recommended from me"

"Bodde 6 nätter med två barn. Rent och fint, med bra service. Ca 400 m från öns bästa strand, och ca 1,5 km in till byn. Hyrde en motorcykel billigt för hela vistelsen, så avstånden var inget problem. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda nackdelen var morgontidiga fåglar, men de flyger ju över hela ön 🙂"

"Nice people and pool. Short walk to the beach. A good value. We liked walking one block to the main drag to eat. Long Beach is our favorite on Koh Lanta. Prices were less resorts there."

"We had a fantastic stay, the location is great and one the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. It was really quiet due to the low season so the atmosphere around the restaurant was a bit slow. The rooms are fairly basic but the price reflects this. "

"My stay here was my favorite two nights of my entire month trip in Thailand. After getting to the bungalows late at night after a long travel day, the women that owned the bungalows could not have been more sweet to me and my friend. She took us to 7-11 to get dinner, and even bought us a mosquito repellent incense. She was the nicest most welcoming, helpful women. She helped me and my friend get motorbikes the next morning and even taught us how to use them. Almost wanted to cry leaving her on...

"Very old and minimum care for the room. It is a spacious room, not close to the beach. They have a free shuttle to a resort that's on the beach. The stuff is friendly and nice. We stayed for 4 nights and the did cleaning od the room only once, by request, but only inside the room, not in the bathroom. "

"The accommodation was fully booked and they tried to make us stay in the owners apartment which was filthy. We ended up having to stay somewhere else.It was a also in a bad Location. Do not recommend this place. "

"The perfect laid back beach holiday. Nothing fancy, but bungalow right on the water. Perfect swimming and kayaking. And the seafood dishes were fresh and cheap! Totally recommend this place. Lovely lady in charge and people on pier very helpful to get on and off the island."

"Just that the bed has always a sand or something rough (ofcourse I do clean my feet before going to bed). Probably because of an open air. But everything is completely beautiful. Very relaxing, chill and with peace, so sweet huts! 1 min walk to beach."
