"So friendly and confortable place"

"This is the best hotel I stayed during my recent trip to Japan. Everything is just perfect in terms of location wise, friendliness and the building and room are maintained very well and clean. Will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Osaka next time."

"Great experience. Location is great. Quiet and warm atmosphere. Dinner was well prepared. You have to sit down on tatami for dinner, but low chairs available. After meals, we were invited to the meditation. Morning service at 6:30 was a great way to start the day. Very nice atmosphere and it is run well. I do highly recommend."

"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help.
