Very friendly staff. Clean property. Surprisingly good breakfast amenities. Parking was easy.

Clean and very good staff and easy check-in and great location

After a terrible experience with the airline & an unexpected overnight stay without our bags, it was refreshing to end up at this Hampton Inn after a long international flight. The hotel was affordable & had a convenient 24 hr shuttle service. When the front desk concierge found out we didn’t have our bags she put a little bag together for us with tooth brushes, tooth paste, deodorant & razors. It was much appreciated.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean! And cozy!

Close to downtown great city view

The hotel is in a quiet area for a Saturday night. The building and grounds are clean and well-kept. It feels very safe. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities: many towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, many outlets.

The motel was easy to get to and the room itself was very clean and well presented. I appreciate the breakfast too.

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

The room was very clean & quiet!

I enjoyed my stay

Really nice for the price . Staff was awesome from the cleaning lady to front desk

My recent hotel stay was exceptional, and I must commend employee Qaseem for his outstanding service and attention to detail

I stay here often and its consistently a prime spot in the area. The location is great as it's close to many places but not overly congested. The larger rooms at the either end of each floor have microwaves and mini fridges as well as lots of space. Other guests can be noisy and inconsiderate at times but that's an issue of manners and upbringing and not on the hotel.

We will definitely book again when we travel to Chicago!! Everything was as described and we didn't run into any issues. The fresh donuts delivered as a welcome was the cherry on top 💜

Quaint and convenient. Nice rooms. Continental breakfast.

Clean and quiet. I did see a bug on my pillow though

Perfect location and great hotel for walking around the beautiful city of Chicago

Nice place overall happy
