Clean and pleasant overall. There was a minor issue with room assignment, but it was corrected. The major issue is no van service to O'Hare. Great location. Close to O'Hare.

Front desk staff helpful. Bathroom mostly clean but toilet ran continuously. Bathtub slow draining so could be slippery. AC did not get very cold in our room, but got colder for another room in our party.

Recent renovations improved most of the building and rooms. The staff was friendly but when asked for an extra blanket they said they didn’t have any, even though we later saw them in the laundry room. The breakfast was nice to have but options were limited. The bathroom was very small with no counter space. Cleanliness is a big factor for me and our room was very clean when we arrived.

Upgrade on the elevator is desperately needed, but otherwise it is a great hotel. Great price, clean rooms, transportation to the airport and a free (tasty) breakfast.
